A few things come up often enough to answer here:
- Your files are not on our servers. Nearly every tool runs entirely in your browser, so we cannot recover a file you processed and then lost — we never had it. Always keep your originals.
- There is no account to recover. The site has no login, so there are no credentials, no saved history and nothing to reset.
- Everything is free. If you have been asked to pay for something claiming to be CODDY Tool, it is not us — please tell us about it.
Reporting a bug well
The most useful reports include which tool, which browser and version, whether you were on a phone or a computer, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Please do not attach confidential documents; a description of the file — its format, rough size, how it was produced — is almost always enough.
Response times
This is a small operation, so replies are not instant. Privacy requests are answered within the statutory deadlines that apply to them. Everything else gets read, even when it does not get a reply.
